My husband and I have built 6 homes, 3 of them custom homes, and not in any of our previous building experiences had I been so at ease with a builder and their staff. The team always made me feel comfortable in asking questions and yes, even making changes after the process began. I go into other custom homes and I honestly can’t believe the difference in quality that we have! I wouldn’t blink at using the team again.

They understood our concerns and took a special interest to ensure we were comfortable all the way through the process. We particularly liked their Good – Better – Best approach to different building options. It allowed us to make informed decisions where we wanted to spend or save our budget. We also liked the frequent walk through meetings at our house where we were greeted by not only a clean worksite, but a willingness to solve any challenge we might of had at that time with our build. The best part is the quality of the finished product as we absolutely love our new home.

The team is made of extremely honest individuals that were with us every step of the way throughout our home building journey. We were very involved home owners and we were always greeted kindly by all staff working for or on behalf of the team. In the end, we not only received our dream home that was so eloquently envisioned by Geschke Group Architecture, but we were fortunate enough to win the HBA Max Award for best custom home in Austin, TX.

Our dream home was a huge project, and not usually where the team builds, but they embraced both challenges and the finished product reflects their skill, attention to detail, and patience. Our home is the only home built by our builder in our neighborhood and it is evident. Most of our neighbors are having foundation issues or plumbing issues and we have had none of those problems. The team not only makes the bones of a house strong, they help you make it your dream home.

The entire team is exceptional through and through. We felt so comfortable and confident in the abilities of Tod, Shauna, Katie and Mike throughout the whole process and could not imagine trusting anyone else to help us build our dream home! We were amazed at the quality of our home down to the framing. The team always seems to go the extra mile and never takes shortcuts when it comes to quality and class. Communication with the team was second to none. They made us feel like we were more than clients and truly saw our vision.

We are delighted with our new home, plus we accomplished our goal of having an enjoyable experience while building it. Tod personally helped us position the house on our lot and worked on the house plans with us to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The communication with the team was excellent, we will always be grateful the team. We are proud of our new home!

Since we moved to Austin in 1990 we have completed four new homes. The previous three were not bad experiences but we were aware of the negatives of building a new home. Our current home was built by the team, and we are, and will always be, great fans and advocates of our supreme, high end custom home builder. We asked for immediate updates during the timeline of the build, as changes and revisions do and will happen and the team would follow up with immediate communication with my wife and I. It was a pleasure to have them create our vision from a house project to our Home.

The team built our dream home, which exceeded expectations and was within a budget and timeline that was reasonable. Everyone, including contractors, was at all times experienced and professional. I would use them again should we decide to build another home.

What sets this team apart is their focus on the client. It was a pleasure working with Tod at every step in the process, he was personally involved and our satisfaction was always the top priority. The team was always professional, courteous, honest and knowledgeable. Visually, there is no denying the quality of construction, what we didn’t expect was how quiet and efficient the house would be. The windows, doors, spray foam, hvac system, and tank-less water heaters reduced our energy consumption by 2/3 – even though the house is larger than our previous one. They didn’t build a house – they built our home.

The design and beauty of our modern hill country style home captured us at first site. The layout features a spacious, open flow, perfect for our family and for entertaining guests. The quality of the build is second to none, with environmental insulation materials to reduce energy bills, and an impressive finish-out. In fact, when we were purchasing the home, the inspector commented that this was one of the best-built custom homes he’s seen in the area.

As local realtors, my wife and I have worked with a number of quality custom home builders in the Austin area. This team was knowledgeable, diligent and a pleasure to work with throughout the build process. The team’s hands-on approach gave us a comfort level that we needed as he maintained a consistent level of quality down to the smallest detail. The service after the sale has exceeded our expectations and for these reasons we feel very comfortable recommending our builder to our friends & clients.
